Times Tries To Get A Leg Up On The Competition

Have you noticed the St. Pete Times is doing some aggressive billboard advertisements featuring a canine watchdog theme.

I was cycling on 30th Street near Busch Gardens in Tampa when I saw this billboard.

    As president of the American Chihuahua Association I am quite irked with the Times as to think the mighty chihuahua cannot be a good watchdog. They're built mean and low to the ground like a Harley and can administer quite a vicious bite when necessary.
