I am selling my Specialized Sirrus road bike. It's a classic -- a 1991 steel road bike that gives you a rock-solid ride. The frame is just too big for me. Ideal for someone in the 5'6" - 5'10" foot range.
I'm selling it for only $200 because there's a small crack in the rear rim, so the rim or rear wheel will have to be replaced.
Bike comes with odometer, Armadillo tires, two water cages and two new Polar Bottles.
First $200 gets the bike. Contact me at alansnel@yahoo.com.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI know this is a post from 2011, but I was wondering if you either have one or know where Imay find a users manual for your specialized Sirrus bicycle?
I have one exactly like that, color and all, just pulled it out of a warehouse I've had it stored in for YEARS, and want to start riding it again. It's been so long I don't remember mcuh of the details of the bike... especially how many gears it had (8-speed, 10-speed, 14-speed, etc?), and also because, while it functions, the gears are not changing correctly... hence why I don't remember how many gears it had. I'm also trying to convert it to a more comfotable bike, and need to know gears for index shifters for the old-school upright bars I'm planning on installing for more comfort.
If you have any info, know where I may find info (done A LOT of searching with no results), or remember any details about it I would be extremely grateful.
Thanks much
Dave H
