As you know, Hillsborough County government on Nov. 1 instituted a fee to use its regional parks -- $2 per car visit; $50 for an individual annual pass and $100 for a family annual pass.
Bicycle Stories caught up with the famed Ranger Rick at Flatwoods County Park -- home of the nicest bicycling in the county -- to break it all down.
