My bike pal Ellen Pierson biked the long ride from north Florida to Virginia and today she was joined by other Tampa bicyclists including Tampa Police Chief Jane Castor, Tina Russo and Cindy Roberts as part of the three-day Police Unity Tour from today to Thursday.
The ride ends Thursday with the emotional finish in Washington, D.C. The law enforcement bicyclists ride in the memory of fallen officers.
