It became a monthly ritual on the second Sunday morning of each month -- Jim Shirk would drive to my house and we'd pack his Toyota Prius with a tent, table, two chairs and materials for the Seminole Heights Bicycle Club. Then we'd head over to the Hillsborough High School lawn for the Seminole Heights Sunday Market at 9 am.
Jim was the czar of the bike valet, setting up a series of metal pipes into a bike-parking area for market goers.
There's Nita of Seminole Heights. who broke out her old Cannondale racing bike this morning.
This morning was the final Sunday market in Seminole Heights until October. Great job Tiffany and Greg.
