Today I visited St. Petersburg and saw a cool artistic bike rack in the shape of a bicycle on Central Avenue and wondered why more cities don't use art work to double as bike racks.
Then an email dropped in. Greg Barnhart of Tampa sends me a USA Today story about bike racks
