My good pal Jeff Houck, food writer for the Tampa Tribune and former newspaper comptariot, has been in Mexico learning the finer points of Mexican cusine and has been able to send some National Geographicesque photos of what happens when bicycles and food mix.
Papas fritas, anyone?
Jeff points out, "Saw lots of cyclists on roads outside of Oaxaca. The roads there are more hazardous than in the U.S., but they persevere."
