Back To The Scene Of The Crash

One week ago today, the area on the wooden ramp right next to the metal bridge was slick with algae, mold, slickness and wetness. I was sucker-punched when I biked across the slime, lost any traction and was body-slammed on the right side. One week later, my right ribs still ache and my left ankle still throbs from the fall. I called Flatwoods park on Monday about the fact that bicyclists have crashed because of the slickness of that section of wooden ramp. From this photo taken this morning, it looks like the area has been cleaned and dried.
