Tampa's new police chief, Jane Castor, is a big bicylist, so I'm sure she has faced her share of rude and inconsiderate drivers who feel bicyclists should not be on the roads and streets.
Here's a great video from the Chicago police on bicyclists having a right to the road and that the bicycle is considered a legal vehicle.
