Let's Go PARK-ing in Tampa

Kudos to the Tampa Downtown Partnership for today's PARK-ing event where a dozen different businesses and organizations took over a parking spot on the street in downtown and made each parking spot into a mini-park.

I explored the Franklin Street corridor with the Ghost Rider himself -- may velo pal Jack Sweeney -- and enjoyed meeting the PARKers.
