This is his third DUI. He will continue his DUI ways as long our laws and society tolerate it. And when he kills someone........nothing will change. Our society makes it very clear that when most people commit the sin, it is no longer a sin.
The MANY who love their ALCOHOL & PILLS have decided that the FEW who love their POT are the bad guys. It makes them feel good and righteous to point the finger at someone else.
