This time, the dateline is Lakeland in Polk County.
The fatal accident closed Highway 98 in north Lakeland in Polk County early this morning.
A bicyclist was hit and killed after being struck from behind near Duff Road early this morning.
Not many details.
Except that another bicyclist in the Tampa Bay area has been killed.

While I understand the need to make people aware of the deaths of cyclists in the community, the recent tone of the news here is hardly "celebrating life by bike."
But I suppose the truth is rather depressing sometimes.
