Mary Shedden at the Tampa Tribune wrote a nice story about this morning's memorial bike ride and ghost bike to honor the life of Kayoko "Kay" Ishizuka.
Kay was the fifth bicyclist of six to die on the streets of Tampa Bay in a recent two-month span. The 30-year-old researcher was killed by a hit-and-run driver from behind on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. near the USF campus on Sept. 25 at 2 AM after working all night at a lab. Dr. Ishizuka was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Molecular Medicine.
RIP Kay.

Why has there still been no arrest in this case. The vehicle was identified the next day.
