When there are tight crowds such as the swarm of humanity ready to descend on Washington, D.C. for the inauguration Tuesday, that's when the bicycle comes in. Riding a bicycle is easily the best way to get around. A local bicycle group in Washington is offering free valet service and will have to staging areas where you can drop off your bike, walk to the action and then re-claim your bike.
The Washington Bicyclist Association will watch your bike while you watch in the inauguration.
