Remember the Friendship TrailBridge? You know, that bridge thousands of cyclists and pedestrians used to use to get across the Bay?
The Friendship Trail Oversight Committee, a public panel of elected officials and citizens from Pinellas and Hillsborough counties, is meeting Monday Oct. 19 at 1 PM at the Jan Platt Library, 3901 S. Manhattan Ave in Tampa to chat about the latest regarding the closed old Gandy Bridge/Friendship Trail.

Alan, look at the date, also why 1PM? Guess us working stiffs are left out...
Good catch, Mike. It's Monday Oct 19. Good point about the time -- 1 PM. It's done to accommodate elected officials' schedules and not the schedules of working folks.
