It's a trend I hope will stop. Another ghost bike is being placed along a Tampa Bay road.
This time, the white memorial ghost bike is going up at the corner of Himes and Spruce where bicyclist Diane Marie Vega, 53, was killed on the way to her job Oct. 1. A car that ran a red light caused a crash that led to the death of Diane, who was standing on the car waiting to cross the road with her bicycle.
The ghost bike in memory of Diane will be installed tomorrow, Oct. 30.
