Bicycle Stories readers probably have heard by now that Hillsborough County's proposed budget includes massive cuts, including slashing the county's parks program.
I heard that the budget cuts means our outdoor cathedral -- Flatwoods county park -- will be closed TWO days a week.
Obviously, this is bad news for so many who use Flatwoods as their second home.
Please contact your county commissioners and tell them to keep Flatwoods open seven days a week.
